Under options 2,3,4, you will need to go to the sign-up page to enter additional details for your web page. You will be notified by email as soon as your Upgraded page is posted (usually within 48 hours)
Should you elect not to join all available programs, those links on your page will direct users to your sponsor's own link for that opportunity
Before following the appropriate option link above, please ensure that you have joined the programs that you wish from your sponsor's page and that you have noted your referral id for each program since you will need them in the next step. You can join any program at any time and send us the update information to add to your page but we give priority to initial set-ups.
